Tube machining
We have Shear Cannulation Machine,Automatism CNC tube bending machine,pressing machine,Pouching machine,Drill machine. There are 20 labours in this area.
Welding
Our robot welding machine save many labour cost and increase the production capacity. We also have 150 welding workers for parts welding. Now we have 300 Robot welding machines all day worked.
Injection molding
We have 100 first-class injection molding equipments right now.
Tube machining
We have painting line outside the factory about 300 meters. We can control the quality and quantity easily.
Assembly
Our assembly lines are always busy for the orders everyday.We have 9 production lines and 270 skillful workers. The products will be inspected carefully before packing by QC. We can finish at most 5800pcs complete wheelchairs in one day.
